What you'll do

• Approach eligible resort guests during checkout or after they decline an on-site sales presentation
• build rapport and learn vacation interests. Explain Bounce Back and Mini Vacation Package features, pricing, eligibility, and participation requirements
• answer questions, address objections, recommend suitable offers, and ask for the sale. Process transactions, documentation, and system entries accurately while following company policies, marketing guidelines, privacy practices, and compliance requirements. Coordinate with resort operations, Front Desk, and Marketing
• maintain offer knowledge and track sales activity and performance.
