What you'll do
- Support and supervise Clinical Managers to promote effective performance and quality home care
- maintain efficient and safe office operations
- ensure compliance with local ordinances, fire and safety regulations, and company policies
- address deficiencies identified in surveys or audits
- directly supervise branch administrative staff and oversee clinical staff in collaboration with Clinical Managers
