What you'll do

• Represent sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in debt-financing transactions
• advise on term loan and revolving loan facilities
• draft, review, and negotiate commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents
• structure and execute leveraged finance transactions
• coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, financial institutions, and other professionals.
