This role is responsible for leading, training, and mentoring the project crew, prioritizing and delegating responsibilities, and tracking project schedules to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time. The foreman serves as the technical lead and crew chief, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.

What you'll do

• Serving as lead technical resource, reporting on job status, controlling job costs, developing customer relationships, ensuring PPE and safety compliance, and directing the work of apprentices and journeymen.
