Project Manager / Estimator, Xactimate

The Project Manager / Estimator, Xactimate role is based onsite in the Houston, TX area. Compensation is $75,000–$85,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual uncapped bonus. ServiceMaster DSI provides disaster restoration services in Kingwood and surrounding areas. The role estimates and oversees residential and commercial restoration projects involving fire, water, mold, and natural disasters. By coordinating clients, insurance representatives, contractors, and the on-site superintendent, the project manager helps deliver work on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

What you'll do

• Support and implement project quality planning and control
• participate in the required on-call rotation
• maintain client relationships and communicate project updates with customers and insurance representatives
• establish project objectives and performance standards
• direct the on-site superintendent and monitor construction progress, schedule, and budget
• manage contract financial reporting
• identify potential legal issues and review them with the Branch Manager
• oversee project closeout
• provide technical support to the project team
• identify potential new work
• develop client, subcontractor, and vendor relationships
• travel locally and as needed within or outside the state.
