Associate Director of Marketing

The Associate Director of Marketing role is onsite in Germantown, MD. Compensation is $120,000–$140,000 per year. The role supports the Commercial Team at uBriGene Biosciences, a cell and gene therapy CRO/CDMO that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies to advance therapies from discovery through clinical manufacturing. The role exists to lead North American marketing and sales-support strategy and activities. It contributes to company goals by improving marketing performance, supporting business development and sales, communicating technical capabilities, and coordinating marketing teams and analytics.

What you'll do

• Oversee website optimization and SEO
• lead marketing communications and email campaigns
• manage company presence at scientific conferences and trade shows
• prepare sales and business development materials
• manage customer webinar training
• prepare technical proposals, quotations, statements of work, presentations, and project summaries
• participate in customer scientific discussions and technical presentations
• prepare product launch materials
• train sales and business development teams on new products
• report on website and digital marketing performance
• maintain CRM pipeline and account information
• coordinate with regional marketing directors
• and recruit, retain, and train North American marketing team members.
