Product Project Manager

The Product Project Manager role is full-time and in person at Lectric’s headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation is $65,000–$85,000 per year. The role is part of the Development Department and supports product project management for Lectric eBikes as well as the Juiced and Monarc brands. The manager leads product initiatives from planning through execution, aligning cross-functional teams and partners around scope, resources, risks, priorities, and launch deadlines. The role helps deliver projects that support the company’s long-term vision and product release goals while improving project workflows and documentation.

What you'll do

• Define project scopes, timelines, and resourcing plans
• coordinate planning with factory partners, engineering, operations, and quality teams
• monitor risks and develop contingency plans
• communicate across departments, vendors, and external partners
• facilitate weekly updates, stakeholder meetings, and presentations
• prioritize concurrent projects
• align teams to launch and go-to-market deadlines
• improve project workflows
• mentor teams on the project development lifecycle and tools
• maintain project documentation and standardized workflows.
