What you'll do

• Manage the safe movement of vehicles through the Inspection Center
• oversee daily team activities and production goals
• coach, train, and manage associate performance
• review mechanical and physical defects
• partner with the General Manager on repair or rejection decisions
• promote quality, safety, and adherence to procedures.
