The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — Day Shift role is onsite in Chicago Heights, IL, with compensation of $18–$20 per hour. Responsibilities include personal care, meals, vital signs and weights, documenting in the electronic medical record, responding to call lights, reporting changes in residents’ conditions, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

What you'll do

• Assist nurses with resident care and activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, feeding, restorative procedures, and retraining. Respond to call lights
• help with admissions and room transfers
• keep resident areas tidy
• turn bedridden residents as indicated
• take and record vital signs and weights
• document care in the EMR
• report condition changes and safety concerns
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• and provide an end-of-shift report to the charge nurse.
