It partners with physician leaders and anesthesia personnel, reviews performance metrics and documentation, and reports findings to support follow-up and improvement.

What you'll do

• Partner with physician leadership on anesthesia quality initiatives
• use Lean and Six Sigma techniques
• work with anesthesia providers and clinical and administrative personnel to define project scope
• identify projects that may need IRB review
• review anesthesia performance metrics and documentation
• evaluate compliance with clinical policies and regulatory and accreditation guidelines
• report audit or clinical findings for follow-up.
