What you'll do
- Supervise and support residents according to program policies and treatment goals
- document observations and incidents
- assist with daily living activities, meals, hygiene, chores, and transportation
- conduct safety checks
- assist with group activities and recovery discussions
- observe medication self-administration
- respond to crises according to procedures
- and communicate with clinical staff and supervisors.

Why this role
