What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site-specific procedures and emergency response activities
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking, and perimeter areas
• identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns
• respond to incidents and medical situations
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• assist with traffic and arrival/departure procedures
• prepare accurate reports and communicate with site contacts, company leadership, and emergency responders.
