The Senior Counsel, Commercial & Strategic Transactions role is onsite in Louisville, CO, with a stated base salary range of $180,000–$240,000 per year. Infleqtion builds quantum computers, sensors, and networks for commercial, industrial, and national security applications, and this role reports to the Chief Legal Officer. The role provides legal partnership for complex commercial contracting and strategic transactions, while also supporting broader legal matters in a lean public-company legal team. It helps structure agreements, balance business and legal risks, and develop scalable processes that support disciplined growth.

What you'll do

• Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements and strategic transactions
• advise on risk, intellectual property, regulatory posture, and public-company obligations
• support government and regulated-customer engagements, strategic collaborations, and joint development
• coordinate with Finance and leadership on revenue recognition and disclosure controls
• develop legal playbooks and approval frameworks
• train commercial and technical teams
• support corporate, regulatory, and governance matters.
