What you'll do

• Set up and manage rental contracts
• coordinate invoicing, purchase orders, extensions, and supporting documents
• communicate with customers about contracts, billing, projects, and accounts
• work with Sales, Operations, Service, and Finance
• use ERP systems and reporting tools
• maintain delivery, service, pickup, freight, and subcontractor records
• help resolve billing and contract issues. Higher-level coordinators may manage complex contracts, strategic accounts, major projects, vendor purchase orders, reporting, and contract changes, and may train and guide other coordinators.
