What you'll do

• Assist with employee schedules and supervision of 2 to 10 employees
• support daily sales accounting and reconciliation
• help secure store assets, inventory, and cash
• maintain customer service and quality standards
• train employees
• maintain a safe, clean store
• make outside sales calls to local businesses
• promote AbilityOne sales
• coordinate promotions and merchandising
• support policy and legal compliance
• maintain employee morale.

Why this role
