Job overview
The Inside Sales Associate role is an onsite, full-time position in El Paso, TX, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation is $15 per hour. B&M Industrial provides industrial electrical repair, maintenance, and sales services across the southwestern United States.
What you'll do
- Generate and fulfill technical sales requests
- maintain existing customer relationships and develop new accounts
- provide product education and pre-sales assistance
- prepare quotations
- identify customer needs and sales opportunities
- prepare weekly project and margin reports
- maintain inventory
- and ship and receive items. Occasional evenings, overtime, weekends, and travel may be required.
