The Registered Nurse (RN) — Float Support is an onsite, full-time role based across Four Seasons’ 15-county service area in western North Carolina. The schedule is a 40-hour workweek with varying days, nights, and weekends; assignments last 2–12 weeks. Four Seasons provides hospice and palliative care to patients and families. The Float RN provides direct nursing care and flexible clinical coverage across programs and locations based on organizational needs. The nurse assesses patients, implements and evaluates care, supports and supervises nursing staff, and helps maintain continuity of patient-centered hospice care during staffing gaps or changing service demands.
