What you'll do

• Lead inbound and outbound life sciences warehouse operations
• manage operational metrics, budgets, and performance
• support process improvement and LEAN initiatives
• ensure cGMP, GDP, DSCSA, quality, safety, and documentation compliance
• maintain audit readiness
• support investigations and corrective actions
• serve as primary customer contact
• manage customer communications and reporting
• coach supervisors and staff
• ensure staffing meets operational needs.
