Staff Accountant

What you'll do

• Manage invoice intake, coding, approvals, vendor documentation, due dates, discrepancies, and payment packets
• prepare weekly payables and cash-needs reports
• triage finance requests and track follow-up
• record and review transactions in QuickBooks Online and other systems
• complete assigned reconciliations
• support month-end close with journal entries, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, intercompany activity, and variance follow-up
• support inventory and purchasing records
• prepare schedules for year-end, tax, insurance, and audit requests
• maintain procedures and checklists
• improve recurring workflows.

Why this role
