The Direct Support Professional – Female DBT Programs role is onsite in Rutland, MA, with multiple second- and third-shift schedules available. Pay is $21.12–$24.58 per hour, depending on experience and education. Devereux Massachusetts and Rhode Island provides behavioral healthcare and residential programs for youth. The role supports the safety, treatment, and development of youth in residential and group-home programs. Through supervision, therapeutic interventions, positive reinforcement, and daily-living skills instruction, the professional contributes to individualized goals within the programs’ DBT clinical model.

What you'll do

• Provide direct supervision to ensure youth safety and security
• provide therapeutic interventions in a compassionate, safe environment
• engage youth positively, teach and prompt appropriate behaviors, and reinforce them
• teach and assist with activities of daily living
• complete progress notes and incident reports.

Why this role

$2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires; additional $250 bonus for MAP-certified staff. Must be at least 21, have a valid driver’s license and high school diploma or GED, and be MAP certified or able to obtain certification within six months. Paid two-week orientation is Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m., in Rutland.
