IT Operations Analytics Lead

The IT Operations Analytics Lead role is hybrid, onsite in Albany, NY, three days per week. Compensation is $65–$70 per hour. The role coordinates operational analytics, observability, systems administration, and KPI/OKR governance across enterprise applications and technology services.

What you'll do

• Define and govern KPI and OKR metrics
• develop Splunk searches, dashboards, alerts, and reports
• analyze logs and performance indicators
• coordinate systems and application administration
• automate operational reporting
• support incident and root-cause management
• coordinate issue and defect lifecycles
• prepare runbooks and transition materials
• and lead knowledge transfer to the Operations team.
