What you'll do

• Resolve technology issues through chat, telephone, remote, and onsite support
• use device and identity management systems to manage hardware and software, deploy applications, remotely control and image computers, and verify inventory
• prioritize and schedule trouble calls
• communicate ticket status
• assign or reassign tickets
• support computers, mobile devices, printers, scanners, cameras, and wireless connectivity
• manage Active Directory and Office 365 accounts
• set up computers and peripherals
• respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
