What you'll do

• Provide bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and mobility assistance according to each client’s care plan
• encourage client participation and independence
• prepare and serve meals
• monitor and document condition, eating habits, and emotional well-being
• report significant changes to a supervisor
• encourage social engagement
• maintain daily records
• perform light housekeeping
• respond to client needs and emergencies according to established procedures.
