What you'll do

• Depending on program assignment, conduct clinical assessments, formulate diagnoses, and provide individual, family, or group therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention by phone, video, or in person, including de-escalation, risk assessment, and coordination of higher-level care when needed.
• Offer case management and connect clients with relevant supports.
• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans.
• Document services and client interactions in accordance with agency, state, federal, and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and community partners, participate in at least one hour of weekly clinical supervision, and support client self-advocacy.
