What you'll do

• Prepare, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, and grains using recipes
• gain exposure to kitchen stations including garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge, and delivery/packout
• discuss menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients with guests
• support the team during peak and off-peak service
• help maintain the restaurant’s health inspection grade by following Department of Health and DIG food-safety standards
• uphold anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies.
