The Lead Shop Technician – Audio role is onsite in La Vergne, TN, with stated pay of $27–$29 per hour. Creative Technology Group’s shop and warehouse team prepares and maintains equipment for outbound shows. The lead technician oversees equipment quality control, maintenance, preparation, and organization. The role trains and mentors warehouse teams, coordinates equipment readiness and shipping, and maintains accurate service and repair records to support efficient show operations.

What you'll do

• Train and mentor warehouse teams on workflow, QC procedures, system preparation, parts, service bench, and inventory processes
• coordinate equipment maintenance
• prepare and return show equipment
• package and label items
• create shipping manifests or carnets
• load and unload trucks as needed
• document service and report damaged equipment
• maintain maintenance and repair records.
