What you'll do

• Coordinate candidate interviews, schedules, meeting arrangements, background-check authorizations, visits, and evaluation reminders
• maintain candidate statuses and recruiting records in firm systems
• prepare Compensation Committee materials
• coordinate partner integration meetings and programming
• maintain search-firm agreements and communications and process invoices
• update status reports and trackers
• prepare recruiting activity reports
• collaborate with attorneys, candidates, recruiters, and firm personnel.
