Job overview

The Classroom Aide role is onsite in Lihue, HI, and pays $17–$22 per hour. Child & Family Service works to strengthen families and foster children’s healthy development. The aide supports the Head Teacher in creating a nurturing, challenging classroom environment, helping plan and implement classroom activities and carrying out daily classroom management and program operations.

What you'll do

• Assist the Head Teacher with planning and implementing classroom activities
• help maintain a nurturing and challenging classroom environment
• perform daily classroom management and program operations. Travel in a personal vehicle throughout the island may be needed.
