What you'll do

• Review contract documents and prepare bid proposals
• develop scopes of work, schedules, and site logistics plans
• coordinate permits and utilities
• lead field supervision, project engineers, contractors, and design teams
• coordinate work, equipment, and materials
• monitor quality and contract changes
• enforce safe work practices and OSHA requirements
• maintain safety files and report and investigate safety incidents.
