Facilities Technician II

Job overview

The Facilities Technician II role is onsite in Hanover, NH. Pay is $28.00–$32.75 per hour, with shift differentials described for evening, night, and weekend shifts. The technician maintains building systems and equipment to support a safe, reliable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The role contributes through preventive and corrective maintenance, system monitoring, repairs, project coordination, and response to urgent building issues.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, refrigeration, and building systems
• troubleshoot and repair equipment
• use predictive maintenance tools
• monitor building management, HVAC controls, fire alarms, security, and access systems
• conduct inspections and rounds
• complete work orders and CMMS documentation
• manage small and medium facility projects
• respond to emergencies and urgent maintenance requests
• support security rounds.
