What you'll do

• Lead cost management across data center projects from planning through closeout
• serve as primary client contact for commercial matters
• manage budgets, forecasts, cost reports, cash flow, and financial metrics
• establish project controls and governance
• lead quantity surveying, estimating, cost control, and change management
• review change orders, claims, and commercial risks
• support procurement and contracting
• coordinate clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams
• mentor cost management professionals
• prepare executive updates and reports.
