What you'll do

• Optimize data ingestion and processing for the Steer CRM
• lead design of reusable full-stack components and services
• adapt between integrations and core infrastructure as business needs evolve
• partner with Product to understand user needs
• champion security, test automation, and maintainability
• conduct code reviews
• influence CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code practices
• design and maintain AI-integrated infrastructure for autonomous workflows.
