What you'll do

• Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders
• serve residents and guests
• collect and process payments when needed
• set, clean, and reset tables
• review menus with residents
• follow state liquor regulations and food safety practices
• maintain knowledge of menu items and restaurant operations
• assist with special events, banquets, and theme meals
• accommodate reservations and requests
• complete assigned cleaning and stock duties
• attend pre-meal meetings.
