What you'll do

• Deliver customer-first service
• lead by example on the sales floor
• support sales goals
• partner with the Store Manager to review KPIs and improve results
• train, coach, and motivate team members
• support inventory management, shipment processing, fitting room oversight, and visual merchandising
• assist with local activations, events, and community initiatives
• represent the brand and share product knowledge.
