What you'll do

• Guide customers through appointments and walk-in consultations
• manage sales leads by email, live chat, and phone
• greet and assist showroom customers
• conduct post-sale appointments for pickups, exchanges, resizing, and inquiries
• confirm appointments
• review customer feedback
• maintain a safe waiting area and product security
• open or close the showroom
• use the ERP system
• represent the company’s mission.
