What you'll do

• Process and review high-volume vendor invoices
• perform three-way matching
• verify general ledger coding and resolve discrepancies
• coordinate approvals for non-purchase-order invoices
• ensure timely vendor payments
• reconcile vendor statements
• maintain vendor records and payment documentation
• respond to vendor and internal inquiries
• maintain accounts payable procedures and controls
• identify efficiency and automation opportunities
• mentor and train team members
• support scalable process improvements.
