Auto Collision Body Technician

Job overview

The Auto Collision Body Technician role is an onsite position located in Deland, FL. Compensation is $21.00 - $28.00 per hour, and this role supports the collision and glass services department at Gerber Collision & Glass. The role exists to provide an exceptional customer experience through the meticulous assessment and quality repair of vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition. The technician disassembles, repairs, and reassembles vehicles while working in alignment with team members to achieve facility KPIs.

What you'll do

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan, plan repair work, prepare cost estimates, use various tools to repair vehicle sections, hammer out dents, apply filler resins, realign chassis and frames, remove and replace damaged sections, replace or repair glass and interior parts, weld parts, and inspect vehicles after repair.
