What you'll do

• Prepare exam rooms and anticipate provider needs
• greet and check in patients
• record vital signs and report abnormal findings to the nursing supervisor or team leader
• cross-check paperwork and maintain patient charts
• schedule appointments and use the Intergy system
• complete billing and encounter forms
• keep rooms stocked and clean
• follow infection-control, safety, and HIPAA confidentiality procedures
• assist with follow-up care as directed.
