What you'll do

• Check on assigned residents and observe, report, and document changes in condition
• respond promptly to resident call bells and security systems
• assist with continence care, meals, room cleanliness, activities of daily living, and life enrichment
• review service plans
• assist with medication and treatment observation and documentation
• report medication concerns to nursing staff
• restock and maintain medication carts and rooms
• take and record vital signs
• report occupational exposures.

Why this role

PRN role; high school diploma or GED and age 18 required; Certified Nurse’s Aid, CPR, and First Aid certifications are preferred; previous senior-care experience preferred.
