What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with commercial general contractors
• attend pre-bid meetings and networking events
• identify project opportunities
• review plans, specifications, and design-build concepts
• prepare proposals, budgets, and cost breakdowns
• obtain vendor and supplier pricing
• identify scope gaps, risks, and value-engineering opportunities
• support engineering and project management during preconstruction
• assist with turnover to operations
• maintain communication with GC partners.
