Maintenance Technician I – Resort Facilities

What you'll do

• Apply facilities maintenance knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and repairs
• perform plumbing work on pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs
• replace breakers, ballasts, switches, sockets, and other electrical fixtures
• troubleshoot potential electrical hazards
• complete preventive maintenance on systems such as HVAC
• repair interior walls, coverings, and ceilings
• inspect building systems, report deficiencies, and follow safety programs.
