What you'll do

• Handle minor repairs to doors, locks, furniture, plumbing fixtures, and wall surfaces
• replace bulbs, ceiling tiles, and air filters
• complete work orders
• check for maintenance and safety concerns
• set up rooms and move furniture or equipment
• perform floor care and clean furniture
• assist with housekeeping or laundry when needed
• clear walkways and parking areas of debris, snow, and ice
• respond to facility requests.
