What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
• explain system issues and recommendations to homeowners
• advise on performance, energy efficiency, indoor air quality, maintenance plans, and service options
• follow service workflows, safety practices, and ServiceTitan documentation
• maintain vehicle, tools, test instruments, and parts inventory
• participate in ongoing training.
