What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive resident health assessments and create individualized plans of care
• coordinate care planning and implementation
• oversee nursing interventions and evaluate outcomes
• provide direct nursing care, including IV administration, PICC line care, and resident education
• document care and medications and follow safety and infection-control standards
• supervise, delegate to, and support nursing staff
• manage staffing, shift reports, incidents, and emergency procedures.

Why this role
