The role also provides frontline clinical support in OR, GI, and PACU as needed.

What you'll do

• Support clinical practice and patient care across Pre-op, OR, PACU, and GI/Endoscopy. Coordinate staffing and schedules, monitor care and staff performance, support orientation and education, and participate in hiring and staff evaluations. Promote quality improvement, regulatory compliance, safety, shared governance, and effective collaboration. Help coordinate patient progress, care plans, room assignments, and ACLS protocols
• audit records and address customer concerns.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in nursing, a current California nursing license, five years of acute perioperative clinical nursing experience, and two years of leadership or supervisory experience. Master’s degree and CNOR or ASPAN certification preferred.
