The Clinical Therapist role has a hybrid work schedule in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Compensation is $30–$35 per hour. Bittersweet Encounters provides behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families through managed care, county-funded programs, community partnerships, and other programs. The therapist delivers individualized behavioral health services and supports client progress through assessment, treatment planning, therapy, documentation, and collaboration with care partners. The role contributes to compassionate, high-quality services for individuals, families, and communities.

What you'll do

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy within scope of practice
• complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge documentation
• deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive, evidence-informed interventions
• facilitate groups as assigned
• monitor progress and update goals
• collaborate with authorized caregivers and care-team members
• participate in supervision, consultation, meetings, training, and quality assurance
• respond appropriately to clinical risk and crises
• and meet confidentiality, ethical, and program requirements.
