The Caregiver role is onsite in Mitchells, VA. Compensation is not specified. Alliance Home Care provides personalized in-home care intended to support clients and their families and enhance clients’ quality of life. The caregiver assists clients with daily living activities, personal care, meals, mobility, and light household tasks. Companionship, safety awareness, and reporting changes in health or behavior help clients remain comfortable in their homes.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing
• support mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions or preferences
• perform light housekeeping
• provide medication reminders and help with prescribed exercises or therapies
• offer companionship
• monitor and report changes in health or behavior
• protect client confidentiality and follow safety and health guidelines.
