Veteran Employment Resources Coordinator — Birmingham Veterans Village

The Veteran Employment Resources Coordinator role is onsite in Birmingham, AL. Compensation is $55,000–$65,000 annually. What you'll do

• Assess veteran clients’ interests, skills, abilities, and experience
• provide employment and education coaching
• identify training, education, and apprenticeship resources
• ensure application and employment paperwork is complete
• build relationships with local employers
• attend job and school fairs
• lead readiness workshops
• maintain a job bank
• report program outcomes
• coordinate with case management
• document interactions.
