This role exists to provide advanced federal HR expertise across staffing, classification, benefits, and employee relations. The specialist develops policies, streamlines workflows, and conducts workforce studies to improve accountability and transparency within the agency's human capital operations.

• Research and write HR policies

• map and streamline HR workflows
• design reports using agency databases
• conduct workforce mobility and competency studies
• provide guidance on federal HR regulations.

What we're looking for

Education

Master's Degree required.

Experience

10 years of federal Human Resources experience.
