What you'll do

• Lead customer projects from order handoff through production, shipment, and closeout
• maintain schedules, milestones, action logs, and deliverables
• coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, and shipping
• manage customer communications, scope changes, costs, risks, and project records
• coordinate design reviews, testing, quality issues, and required documentation
• support process improvements and cross-site coordination.
